Pear and Roquefort Salad with Pure Maple and Mustard Dressing Recipe

The perfect salad for summer time entertaining, dressed with the ultimate vinaigrette. Our maple syrup combined with dijon mustard is always a winning combination!

Pear and Roquefort Salad Ingredients

140g mixed leaf salad

1 radish, thinly sliced

handful of pomegranate seeds

1 pear, thinly sliced

75g roquefort cheese, crumbled

Maple and Mustard Dressing Ingredients

5 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon whole grain dijon mustard

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup, Golden Delicate

Instructions

Assemble all the salad ingredients together.

In a jar, add all the dressing ingredients and shake well. Any remaining dressing, keep in the fridge for future use.

Drizzle desired amount of salad dressing and enjoy!
