COVID-19 Delivery Update
We’re working together with our delivery partners to safely deliver products to your home. Orders are generally being delivered on-time as usual, currently a tiny number of cases taking 24 hours longer to be delivered.
Please see below for an update on signatory process on delivery.
- While every effort is being made there may be occasions where deliveries are delayed beyond the confirmed delivery dates.
- The best way to track delivery progress of your order is to click the tracking link in your despatch email sent shortly after order is processed.

24 – 48 Hour Delivery - UK Orders
All orders are processed in 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders before 12pm are usually processed the same day.
You will be sent an email when your order has been processed with a courier tracking details.
Generally deliveries are between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday – Friday.
For orders in the UK Mainland standard delivery rates are as follows:
- 48hr delivery – £4.79
- 24hr delivery – £7.50
Exact delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the specific shipping address and selected products, adding your full address at checkout will update the delivery charge.
We currently offer free 48hr UK Mainland delivery on orders £20 or more.
Delivery Companies / Couriers
We currently select between a few delivery partners for deliveries for best delivery experience. This includes Royal Mail / Parcelforce and FedEx.
Signatures on Delivery
A signature will be required on delivery
Until further notice, delivery partners will not obtain a signature for any parcel from us. This is to prevent the handheld terminals being passed around multiple people. You will be asked to give your name, which the driver will record.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the couriers consignment number.
