Maple Roasted Rhubarb Recipe

Sweeten up rhubarb with some maple and roast it in the oven. It makes a delicious and healthy breakfast with yoghurt or a lovely treat served on ice cream.



  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Chop the washed rhubarb into 2cm chunks and place on a baking tray in a single layer.
  3. Pour the maple syrup over the rhubarb and roast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until tender.
  4. When cooled, serve with yoghurt or ice cream.
