Our delicious chocolate chip banana and nut muffins are so simple to make. Perfect for when you have a couple of spotty bananas left in the fruit bowl. They make a lovely treat for breakfast or a yummy snack with a coffee. They take minutes to make and you know exactly what’s in them.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 120ml oat milk
  • 120ml vegetable oil
  • 180g Pure Maple Syrup, Amber Rich
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 240g plain flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch salt
  • 150g chocolate chips, vegan friendly
  • 150g walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C, fan 160C or gas mark 4 and line a 12 hole muffin tin.
  2. Place the bananas in a mixing bowl and mash them with the whisk attachment. Add all the wet ingredients and whisk to combine.
