Maple Baked Peaches Recipe

These maple baked peaches are simple to make and perfect as a dessert with ice cream. They are also great with yoghurt and granola for breakfast.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan, Gas Mark 4).
  2. Place the peach halves on a small baking tray and put a small amount of butter in the centre of each.
  3. Drizzle each peach with maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of flaked almonds.
