Our Maple Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce is an easy festive treat to share with friends and family over the holiday season!
Delicious served with crackers or French baguette.
Ingredients
- A wheel of brie
- 2 – 3 tbsps Pure Maple Syrup, Golden Delicate
- Cranberry Sauce
- Handful of pistachios, chopped
- Sprig of rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C, Fan 160C, Gas Mark 4.
- Place the wheel of brie on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. With a sharp knife, lightly score the surface of the cheese in a checkerboard pattern being careful not to go right through.
- Pour the maple syrup over the top of the cheese and bake for up to 10 minutes, until the cheese is just starting to melt.
- Remove from the oven and lift the cheese with the parchment paper and place on a cutting board.
- Top with cranberry sauce, chopped nuts and rosemary. arrange the crackers or bread around the cheese and serve immediately.
